Gepflegtes Haus in einem schönen und ruhigen Park, der sich noch in der Entwicklung befindet (Platzierung neuer Häuser).
Das Haus bietet laut Beschreibung Platz für 6 Personen, ist aber für 4 Erwachsene zu klein. Wenig Privatsphäre auf der Terrasse durch offene Verbindung zu anderen Terrassen. Wunderschön gelegen neben einem Teich.
