On the ground floor of the villa there is an open space consisting of a living room, kitchen and dining room. Villa Baraka has 3 bedrooms, one on the ground floor and two on the first floor, both with ensuite bathrooms. All bedrooms are air conditioned and a cot is available upon request. The bedroom on the ground floor does not have an ensuite bathroom, but there is an additional bathroom on the ground floor accessible through the hallway. There is also a washing machine and ironing facilities in the villa.

If you want to explore Istria, this villa is in a great location if you want to visit the coast, but also the interior. The nearest larger towns are Poreč and Rovinj, old Istrian towns with a rich history. Near the villa are the ruins of the medieval Dvigrad and the Lim Channel, offering wonderful panoramic views. Or you can go further inland and enjoy the numerous vineyards and gastronomic experiences that Istria has to offer.

Booking conditions
The total amount of the booking can be paid immediately or in 2 installments:
1st installment: 30% immediately by credit card or bank transfer within 2 days of booking
2nd installment: 70% of the remaining amount by credit card or bank transfer no later than 35 days before arrival.
The booking can only be canceled in writing.
For cancellations up to 30 days before arrival, 30 of the total amount of the booking will be charged.
For cancellations made within 29 days before arrival, 100% of the total amount of the reservation will be charged.
