Anna has 4 air-conditioned bedrooms, all equipped with double beds, and 1 room has its own bathroom.Of the 2 bathrooms in the villa, 1 is on the ground floor, the 2nd is on the 1st floor, and there is also an additional guest toilet.

Booking conditions
The total amount of the booking can be paid immediately or in 2 installments:
1st installment: 30% immediately by credit card or bank transfer within 2 days of booking
2nd installment: 70% of the remaining amount by credit card or bank transfer no later than 35 days before arrival.
The booking can only be canceled in writing.
For cancellations up to 30 days before arrival, 30 of the total amount of the booking will be charged.
For cancellations made within 29 days before arrival, 100% of the total amount of the reservation will be charged.
