If you like to cook while on vacation, you will love the spacious and fully equipped kitchen. Next to the kitchen is a dining room with a large table. In the living room there is a comfortable sofa and a Smart TV, and you also have some books at your disposal, so you can use it as a relaxing space for reading.
On the second floor of the villa there are 2 bedrooms. Both bedrooms are air-conditioned and have a bed for 2 people and one also has an extra bed for 1 person. If you are traveling with your family, there is also a cot in one of the bedrooms. One bathroom is located on the 1st floor and the other on the 2nd floor. Both bathrooms have a shower, hairdryer and toiletries, and the villa also has a washing machine and ironing facilities.

Booking conditions
The total amount of the booking can be paid immediately or in 2 installments:
1st installment: 30% immediately by credit card or bank transfer within 2 days of booking
2nd installment: 70% of the remaining amount by credit card or bank transfer no later than 35 days before arrival.
The booking can only be canceled in writing.
For cancellations up to 30 days before arrival, 30 of the total amount of the booking will be charged.
For cancellations made within 29 days before arrival, 100% of the total amount of the reservation will be charged.
