Host's notes
Cancellation policy
A deposit of 30% of the total rental price is due at the time of booking and must be paid within 1 week. The balance, together with a deposit of €400, is due 6 weeks before arrival. If the booking is made less than 6 weeks before the arrival date, the entire rental price and the deposit are due at the time of booking.
In the event of cancellation up to 6 weeks before the arrival date, the deposit will not be refunded. In the event of cancellation within 6 weeks of the arrival date, the tenant must pay the full rental price. We recommend taking out travel or cancellation insurance to cover unforeseen events.
Arrival and departure
Monday to Friday check-in is between 16.30 and 19.30, we are open to consultation if you wish to check in earlier. On the day of departure we ask you to leave the house by 10.00 am at the latest, if you would like to stay a little longer we are happy to consult. This depends on the next check-in. On Saturdays in high season (July and August) check-in is only possible between 16:30 and 19:30. Check-out is then at 10 am at the latest.
Deposit:
The deposit will be refunded to your bank account within 7 days of departure after deduction of energy costs and any costs for the repair of damage to the accommodation caused by the tenant.
We trust our tenants to treat the holiday accommodation with care. However, should any damage occur during the stay, the tenants are responsible for it. If the damage exceeds the deposit, we ask that you transfer the remaining amount for compensation.

Holiday destination
The location is central in Moraira/Benissa. Close to small and quiet beaches. For some more entertainment follow the beautiful coastal road to Moraira with a beautiful marina, stores, restaurants, lounge areas and a beautiful sandy beach with sunbed rental. The same coastal road in the other direction takes you to the beautiful beaches of Calpe. The area invites to hiking, cycling, paddle/tennis, golf, horseback riding, karting and of course swimming or various water sports.

Arrival at both Alicante and Valencia airports is possible.
