From the central entrance of the apartment complex you can reach the wellness area (only accessible to owners and guests of the apartment complex) with a heated swimming pool (free of charge), a sauna (for a small fee 2€ for 30 minutes), showers and changing rooms.
The extensive ski area of Winterberg is within walking distance of the flat. The flat is also a good starting point for golfing, mountain biking, hiking, cycling and cross-country skiing. After an activity or a day in the snow, it is nice to return to this flat.
