You can withdraw from the contract at any time prior to the start of your rental period. The cancellation must be made in writing for both your interests and preservation of evidence. If you withdraw from the rental contract or do not make the trip at all, the lessor may demand reasonable compensation for the necessary holiday arrangements and other expenses:
Withdrawal up to 40th day before before the begin of contract: 20% of the rental price
Withdrawal up to 15th day before before the begin of contract: 50% of the rental price
Withdrawal from 14th up to 2 days before before the begin of contract: 75% of the rental price
Crucial for calculating the cancellation costs is the receipt of cancellation in our inbox.
Cancellation at a later date and you'll be charged the full amount.

Holiday destination
The holiday flat 'Arkonablick' is a new building in the beach house Glowe directly on the Schaabe bar. The Schaabe is a 9 km long sandbar with a fine natural sandy beach between the peninsulas of Jasmund (chalk cliffs) and Wittow (Cape Arkona). The Holiday Apartment Arkonablick is only 20 m away from the longest sandy beach in Rügen and the promenade.
Glowe lies not far from the chalk cliffs on Rügen. The cycling trail to Cap Arkona runs right in front of the front door of the 'Holiday Apartment Arkona View'.
Getting there
Take the A20 to the Stralsund exit and continue via the access roads to Bergen. From there in the direction of Sasnitz and then Glowe

Erholung pur vom ersten bis zum letzten Moment! Die Wohnung ist hell, freundlich zum wohlfühlen! Der direkte Blick vom Wohnbereich auf die Ostsee ein Traum! Der Kamin im Winter super (im Baumarkt Glowe gibt es Holz). Die Wohnung sowie die Terrasse waren topp gereinigt! Café 80 schräg gegenüber und der Netto 2 Gehminuten sind im Winter geöffnet! Kap Arkona,Kreidefelsen mit Skywalk, Sassnitz,Hiddensee sind tolle Tagesausflüge von Glowe aus!Spazieren und Joggen an der ca. 8km langen Schaabe direkt an der Wohnung waren einfach nur entspannend! Sehr gut waren die Matratzen. Fest aber nicht zu hart; was sehr selten in Urlaubsunterkünften ist!Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet! Unser Restaurant Tipp DAHEIM in Lohme!!! Super Lapskaus und Fischburger in toller Atmosphäre zu fairen Preisen und sehr schön angerichtet!

Wir haben eine perfekte Woche in dieser schönen Ferienwohnung mit Blick auf die Ostsee und zum Kap Arkona verbringen dürfen. Die Umgebung ist zum Fahrrad fahren und Wandern einfach super. Wir haben uns in der Fewo sehr wohl gefühlt und werden ganz sicher wieder kommen.
