The modernly furnished holiday apartment with a size of 46m² is located in the 1st basement of a newly built two-family hillside house (2023) in a secluded location and stands on an 18m high rock wall and thus offers a fantastic panoramic view of the middle and front Zillertal. The apartment offers enough space for a maximum of 4 people and has a sun terrace of approx. 20m². It is perfect for relaxing in a relaxed atmosphere after an excursion, hiking or biking and invites you to cozy barbecue evenings in summer.
The accommodation has a bedroom with a double bed and satellite TV, a living area with a pull-out couch that offers space for 2 people and a dining area with a harmonious ambience that invites you to eat together and spend sociable evenings. The accommodation also has a fully equipped bathroom including a washing machine.
Two separate parking spaces are located directly at the house. There is an E-Charging Wallbox, so you have the option of charging your electric car directly on site.
The district of Distelberg is picturesquely located above the towns of Stumm and Aschau at around 1100 m above sea level. Coming from Stumm, it takes around 15 minutes by car up to the property on a well-paved asphalt mountain road that is cleared in winter. The Distelberg is well known for its beautiful hikes and tours by mountain bike or e-bike, as well as numerous places to stop for a break. Up here you can find rustic hut snacks, Tyrolean home cooking and game specialties, as well as a farm shop with regional organic products straight from the farm.
