“Villa Armonia” is located in a wonderful position in the hamlet of Villavetro in Gargnano. This property features a large portion of garden and a private swimming pool. The villa is located in a quiet position but still a few kilometers from the center of Gargnano. The property that surrounds it is very well looked after and ideal for a holiday spent in the luxury of this corner of paradise and in the relaxing lakeside town, defined by many as "the Portofino del Garda". The villa is on two levels, recently renovated and furnished with taste for detail and equipped with every comfort to make your stay comfortable and happy. It is also located in a strategic position for those who wish to dedicate themselves to golf, in fact it is also located a few kilometers from the "Golf Bogliaco".
The Villa is approximately 250 m2 and can accommodate from 2 to 6 people. On the ground floor we find a large open space with a modern kitchen, dining table and living room, furnished porch and wonderful view of Lake Garda and Monte Baldo. In the basement there are three double bedrooms with each an en suite bathroom furnished down to the smallest detail in a modern style. Outside we find a large garden with private swimming pool, area furnished with tables and chairs and two private parking spaces.
The comforts include the kitchen (4 gas burners), fridge with freezer, oven, microwave, German coffee machine, kettle, toaster, dishwasher, heating and air conditioning (for a fee), satellite TV, washing machine, balcony and private garden, outdoor parking space, furnished garden and private swimming pool.
