Idyllic farmhouse for self-catering guests; very quiet on large property. The house has a large eat-in kitchen with all the comforts; a tiled stove, 2 bedrooms for up to 5 people total, either 4 adults or 2 adults and 3 children from the age of 5; a living room with an antique stove, TV....
The house has central heating. In the basement you'll find a bathroom with tub, an extra large shower, a guest toilet and a washing machine. The basement has underfloor heating.
This is a non-smoking house; guests can smoke outside.
There's a barbecue hut with stone table and a breakfast terrace.
Farm products can be purchased as gifts for friends/family.

You can also rent the sauna, which is located in a separate building. The attic room in the viewing tower of the separate building has a kitchenette with fridge, dishes and pots. Guests can have breakfast there, prepare a soup or enjoy a glass of wine in the evening while admiring the sunset.

In the "Strutzmühle" you can catch trout and have them prepared there. Hike through the "Klamm", then stop by in the fishing lodge and eat fresh caught trout.
Hike to the Wolfgangikirche (church), then treat yourself to a meal at the inn/restaurant "Gregorhansl".
Visit the wine taverns that are within walking distance.
Hill country of west Styria, hiking trail to 4 castles, Schilcherweinstraße.
The "Höller" residence is not far from the fabulous hiking/mountain biking area and in the winter, you only have to drive for about 30 min. to reach the ski areas.
The natural swimming pool with its 8000m² expanse of water is within walking distance, tennis courts, golf in the vicinity, horseback riding.
