This charming old private villa is built on a plot of 1000 sqm/mts of land. The garden is always well maintained and there are many beautiful flowers and olive trees. The property is completely fenced. GREAT LAKE VIEW from the terrace and garden
From the back garden you enter the Villa on the ground floor in an entrance hall that directly overlooks a large living room with sofas and a dining table. The living room is connected by a glass wall to a large covered terrace with a beautiful view of the lake! Here there is a table for 8 and 2 sun loungers. The entrance hall also leads to the separate fully equipped kitchen and the sleeping area where there are 2 double bedrooms and a full bothroom (with shower). All the bedrooms on this floor have glass doors that lead out to the terrace.
On the lower floor there is a large room with an imperial table and a fireplace that can be used for dining and barbecuing. Also on this floor there are 2 more double bedrooms and another full bathroom (bathtub).

This charming private villa with 1000 meters of garden is located directly above the port of Portese, one of the most beautiful small villages along the western coast of Lake Garda. It is close to many other villages such as Salo', San Felice, Desenzano, Sirmione, Gardone Riviera, Toscolano, etc. There are some elegant and picturesque restaurants and bars in the port, also you can walk to the lake and go for a swim! In about 5/10 minutes by car you can reach Salo' and San Felice where there are many other shops, bars, restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies, etc.
