Cancellation Policy
To avoid disappointments during your holiday, we recommend that you take out cancellation insurance with us directly when booking your holiday. The conclusion of cancellation insurance is voluntary and can only be agreed upon at the same time as the booking with Aan Noordzee or Aan Veluwe. The cost is only 6% of the rental amount. No administrative costs will be charged. If you take out cancellation insurance, the entire rental amount previously paid (excluding the cost of the cancellation insurance) will be refunded if the main person or one of the fellow travelers is confronted with one of the following events:
Death, sudden acute illness, or accident.
Early termination of the holiday due to the death of a first or second-degree relative.
Early departure due to fire, storm damage, or lightning strike at/in the house.
Involuntary unemployment of the main person, arising after the completion of the booking.
Forced relocation due to medical reasons, renovation, or change in work situation.
Other reasons not mentioned above do not qualify for the use of cancellation insurance. If you wish to make use of the cancellation insurance, please submit the request in writing, accompanied by a written confirmation from a third party (e.g., employer) that can serve as proof for one of the stated reasons for cancellation.
The cancellation insurance is valid from the day of conclusion until the departure day from Aan Noordzee or Aan Veluwe. In the event of an early termination of the holiday for one of the stated reasons, a percentage corresponding to the number of holiday days lost will be refunded (deducting the cost of the cancellation insurance). This is calculated from the day on which the pitch or rented object at Aan Noordzee or Aan Veluwe becomes available again.
For reversing bookings without cancellation insurance, the Recron conditions apply. You can find these at: http://www.recron.nl/nakomingsgarantie. Below you will find the cancellation scale:
for cancellation > 3 months before arrival 15%
for cancellation 3-2 months before arrival 50%
for cancellation 2-1 months before arrival 75%
for cancellation < 1 month before arrival 90%

Holiday destination
Sint Maartenszee is located in North Holland between Alkmaar and Den Helder, just below Callantsoog. The holiday resort "Aan Noordzee" is situated directly by the dunes, beach, and sea of St. Maartenszee.
The villa is naturally bordered by trees and dune streams. The beautiful, wooded area creates a relaxing, calming, and restful atmosphere. The dune streams with clear water are located in a nature reserve and form the transition to the typical tulip fields in the Dutch polder landscape.
Ideal for a holiday vacation in Holland.
Getting there
From Amsterdam: Haarlem-Alkmaar towards Den Helder, along the North Holland Canal.
from Friesland: Afsluitdijk-Den Helder, then towards Alkmaar, along the North Holland Canal.
-Then turn off to St.Maartenszee and drive to the dunes. Then turn right. Then drive to the sign AanNoordzee.nl.

Dieses Haus kann man nur weiter empfehlen.
Es ist grosszuegig hat zwei schoene Baeder und sehr gute Schlafzimmer. In der Kueche findet man alles was man benoetigt.
Das Haus kann 8 Personen beherbergen, aber hier kann man auch seine Ruhe zu Zweit finden. Schoen ist auch das Parken vor der Tuer.
Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefuehlt und kommen gerne wieder.
