The spacious rooms with floor-to-ceiling windows and doors, the exquisite design and colour scheme and the unusual room layout ensure an outstanding living experience. The wrap-around balcony invites you to live outdoors at all times of the day.
The kitchen is fitted with porcelain from the Iitalla Teema collection, a true classic of Scandinavian design. The porcelain is complemented by products from Sola from Switzerland. Connected to the master bedroom, the Schmetterling flat has a large, barrier-free bathroom with bath, shower and toilet. There is also an additional bathroom with shower and toilet.
The large-format original artworks by Munich artist Ulrike Schüler with the butterfly motif refer to the butterfly pavilion on the island of Mainau.
The background to the name: emancipation! The butterfly is a filigree bundle of energy that frees itself from its cocoon to take to the skies.
