Semi-detached villa on two levels. Very well cared for and furnished and fitted with excellent taste. The verandah is ideal for meals outside and there is room for a small car inside the gate. The residential area of Cinquale is very quiet and green with elegant villas of a certain level. No high apartment blocks or big hotels. The nearest shop is at 300m. The inside road along the Via Intercomunale offers a nice walk to the beach. Ideal for bicycles as well. The beaches are sandy and large and Private beach establishments or free beaches are at about 800m.

Cinquale is an elegant residential area close to Forte dei Marmi. Well cared for villa's all around. Shops, bars, restaurants and ice scream parlours are within a few hundred meters. The sandy beaches (private and free beaches) are at 1300m from the villa.

CHECK-IN
Key handover on arrival Saturdays between 16.00 and 19.30.
On Sundays we are open from 10.00 to 12.00.
Surcharge for other arrival times:
ARRIVAL IN THE EVENING:
- 20.00 - 21.00: 25€
- 21.00 - 23.00: 50€
ARRIVAL AFTER 23.00 IS NOT POSSIBLE.
