Cycling, hiking, stopping off at farm cafes, or visiting the cool waters in the adventure pools in the surrounding area. Cathedral city Münster, Westfälischer Frieden ("Peace of Westphalia"), the Anabaptists with the 3 cages still hang on the cathedral today,
Baroque churches, flamingos in Zwillbrock, or the wild horses in the Merfelder quarry. Two very well equipped info kits are available in the apartment.
Holiday destination
Roman Museum, Baroque Churches, Bell Museum, Bell Foundry, Annette Droste von Hülshoff, 100 Castles Route, Rock POP Museum, Wild Horses, Flamingos, Moviepark, or just take a look at the beautiful fairytale forest. In Münster one cathedral after the other, e.g. Wiedertäufer van Leyen etc. Historic old town, lake Aasee, planetarium, all-weather zoo and much more. Excellent dining at the "Pinkus Müller" etc. Beautiful Halterner reservoir, Kettelerhof, Haarmühle. Large flower procession, or the fish market. Rustic farm cafes etc.
Getting there
A 31 - 4 km departure: Gescher/Coesfeld. Drive through Gescher - towards Stadtlohn, then you will get straight to our street (right side). Gescher is located about 50 kilometres north of the Ruhr area and 45 kilometres west of Münster and about 18 kilometres south of the Dutch border.

Die Wohnung ist gemütlich und auch in Details gut ausgestattet. Die Vermieter sind herzlich, aufmerksam und geben interessante Informationen. Gescher bietet in allen vier Windrichtungen gute Radwege und Reiseziele. Ein Glückstreffer und ein Urlaub, den ich gerne bald wiederholen möchte.

Die Wohnung ist sehr liebevoll gestaltet und es fehlt an nichts. Die Vermieterin kümmert sich ganz rührend und steht bei Fragen stets zur Verfügung.
Auch wirklich schön ist der weite Blick aus dem Wohnzimmerfenster!
