The spacious master bedroom is located next to a large bathroom equipped with a whirlpool, sauna, and shower. Two smaller bedrooms are on the opposite side, close to a smaller bathroom with a shower. The home is also equipped with a washer and dryer for added convenience. The open-plan dining room and living room are connected to a partially covered terrace, providing access to outdoor space.
Located in a family-friendly resort, this holiday home is near various recreational facilities. The Holiday Vital Resort offers five electric vehicle charging stations, including two Superchargers for Tesla and other brands, located at the reception parking area. Guests can enjoy a wide range of activities, including access to a sports field for football, tennis, and basketball, as well as a free indoor sports hall for badminton and other ball sports. A supermarket is conveniently located near the service office, where guests can find everything they need during their stay. The resort's proximity to the coastline, with distances between 500 and 800 meters, allows guests to easily enjoy the beach.
The holiday home comes from a series of identical houses, built between 2012 and 2022, with continuous renovations. Please note that the house’s exterior color, interior design, and location within the resort may vary. Guests can also bring up to two pets for a fee, with specific rules for stays.

Der Kunde kann bis zum Beginn des Ferienhausaufenthaltes jederzeit durch Erklärung gegenüber DC von seinem Vertrag zurücktreten. Tritt der Kunde von dem Vertrag zurück oder tritt er den Aufenthalt nicht an, so kann DC Ersatz für die von DC getroffenen Vorkehrungen für den Ferienhausaufenthalt und für DC’s Aufwendungen verlangen. Bei Berechnungen des Ersatzes sind gewöhnlich ersparte Aufwendungen und die gewöhnlich mögliche anderweitige Verwendung der Leistung zu berücksichtigen. Es bleibt dem Kunden unbenommen, den Nachweis zu führen, dass im Zusammenhang mit dem Rücktritt oder Nichtantritt des Ferienhausaufenthaltes DC kein oder ein wesentlich geringerer Schaden entstanden ist, als die von DC in der Pauschale (siehe unten) ausgewiesenen Kosten. Die pauschalierten Ansprüche auf Rücktrittsgebühren betragen in der Regel bei Rücktritt des Kunden:
Bis zum 60. Tag vor der Anreise 25 % des Preises, mindestens jedoch EUR 65,00.
Ab dem 59. bis 35. Tag vor der Anreise 50 % des Preises, mindestens jedoch EUR 65,00.
Ab dem 34. Tag bis zum 1. Tag vor der Anreise 80 % des Preises.
Am Anreisetag oder bei Nichterscheinen 100 % des Preises.
