Holiday home with fenced garden for 5 (7) people in Val de Ville, Alsace - France
Location: The small Vosges house is located in a side valley of the mountain village on the outskirts of the village next to a cheerful stream.
Furnishings: The house was renovated in 2000 and 2012. Some of the old wooden beams are still visible and give the house a homely atmosphere. Since it is an old farmhouse, the ceiling height is lower. Nice furnishings suitable for holidays. There are 2 entrances: on the ground floor: entrance area with cloakroom. Or via stairs into the living room with sofa bed for 2 people, armchair, TV. Dining room with dining table and chairs. Fully equipped kitchen with wood-burning stove (also for heating), 4-burner gas stove, dishwasher, extractor hood, fridge with freezer compartment, coffee machine, toaster. Exit to the fenced garden. Bathroom with tub and shower, washing machine, toilet.
First floor: The first floor is accessible via a somewhat steep staircase. (Slightly sloping roof) Bedroom with French bed and single bed and pretty decorative stove. The light wooden beams are nicely visible here. Bedroom with double bed. Separate toilet. Electric heating and wood stove in the kitchen. Garage.
"Fiffi"ge criteria: Large dogs and several dogs are no problem here. Large fenced garden. Large lawn with a swing by the house. Walks and hikes on marked paths, e.g. to a Ferme-Auberge, are possible from the house. Small stream opposite where the dogs can take a bath.

Water park with slide and play pool about 15 km. Mont St. Odile is a place of pilgrimage to the patron saint of Alsace about 22 km. Colmar about 38 km. Strasbourg about 55 km.
