This lovely apartment in Tuscany is located on the ground floor of a small condominium, 300 meters from the sea and the beaches, surrounded by a fenced garden in which you find also your private parking space.
In front of the entrance door you find a small terrace where you can enjoy all your meals outside and the coolness of the pine forest.

From the terrace you enter directly into an open space that integrates the living room and the kitchen. The nice and modern furnishings includes a dining table and a double sofa bed.
