The property of about 180 sqm is spread over 2 floors with all comforts. On the lower floor there is a large living room on a veranda with fireplace and wood-burning oven with views to the west over the olive grove, a kitchen with adjoining dining room, a single bedroom with 1 bed and a guest bathroom.
On the upper floor, on the other hand, there are the 3 bedrooms inspired by 3 different themes (Indian, Zen and Romeo & Juliet) with 2 bathrooms, both with shower. Two bedrooms share a large balcony facing west, offering a romantic view of the olive groves and vineyards of the surrounding hills.
The house is fully furnished and equipped with every comfort: washing machine, dishwasher, television with satellite TV, Wi-Fi and air conditioning on both floors.
I Roccoli can accommodate up to 7 people and differs from other houses in that it is completely immersed in nature, ideal also for those who want to bring their faithful four-legged friends who are always welcome here. It has 2 covered parking spaces in the garage and outdoor parking spaces.

The I Roccoli house offers its guests a spacious, equipped outdoor area (deckchairs), which invites you to spend time in the fresh air, to have an aperitif or dinner, or simply to relax by the pool surrounded by olive trees, caressed by the gentle breeze of Lake Garda. The center of Bardolino is only 2.5 km away and can also be explored by bike through the many narrow streets that run through the vineyards of Bardolino.
