The new apartment called "San Remo" was completely renovated by us using only high-quality materials and furnished in a modern style, the bathroom and kitchen are also completely new. As soon as you wake up you have a great view of the sea directly from the bed, when you sit on the sofa in the living room you can see the sea, it accompanies you throughout the apartment, wherever you are you can see the sea.
The spacious terrace offers a comfortable dining area and a relaxation zone where you can enjoy the beautiful sunsets. The terrace can be used completely open but also behind a 6m long seamless glazing protected from the wind and sun.
The glazing can be opened comfortably and easily and disappears to the side, so that the terrace will be your highlight in any weather. The living room and bedroom each have a smart TV with all German and European programs. Another highlight is the large infinity pool and the padel court, which is available to tenants free of charge. In the pool area you have your own two sun loungers and a parasol. You can park your car either directly in front of the building on the street or in the underground parking space belonging to the apartment. You only have to walk a few steps to get your fresh bread rolls in the morning, all bars, cafes and restaurants are within walking distance, and it is a 5-minute walk to the beach promenade where you will find a rustic beach bar or an exclusive beach club. And the best thing is that the sea in Palm Mar is your constant companion, at home in your cozy apartment and everywhere you go.
Our apartment is located in a very quiet residential complex with a direct view of the sea, the island of La Gomero and the most beautiful sunsets ever. Palm Mar is not a touristy area as there are no hotels here. However, you should rent a car to get to know the beauty of the island.

Palm Mar is a quiet place without hotels, but with a wonderful sea view, a beautiful promenade and nice little bars and restaurants. If you want to go to the beautiful sandy beach in Los Cristianos or Costa Adeje, you can get there in 10 minutes by car. All larger supermarkets, shopping centers, etc. can also be reached in 10 minutes by car. The Siam water park is also only 10 minutes by car. Loro Parque is in Puerto de la Cruz, 1 hour away on the motorway. Water sports enthusiasts will find the Puerto Colon harbor just 1 minute away, where you can go whale watching, rent jet skis, go parasailing or rent a stand-up paddle board.
From the airport South Tenerife there is a derive of 15 minute to arrive in Palm Mar.
