Just outside the picturesque village of Loftahammar, surrounded by the beauty of nature, lies this spacious and charming villa. Villa Bredvassa is perfect for groups of up to 10 people and offers a relaxing atmosphere with modern amenities, including a luxurious private spa in the garden.
The villa’s lush garden provides plenty of space for relaxation and play. From the covered terrace, you can enjoy views of the open fields, where you can often spot deer and elk roaming freely. The garden is surrounded by greenery and shrubs, creating a sense of privacy and an inviting atmosphere for outdoor activities. Although the villa is close to a country road, traffic is minimal because the road curves, slowing down vehicles. The garden is largely fenced, with only an opening behind the barn to drive onto the property from the gravel road. This creates a safe environment where children can play without the risk of running onto the road.
From the villa, you have easy access to both the sea and the lake, just 1 km away via scenic walking paths. Along the path to the sea, you will also pass the “Spaladan,” where you can book soothing body treatments. Additionally, the center of Loftahammar is only 2.5 km away, where you’ll find shops, restaurants, a golf course, boat trips to the archipelago, and a family-friendly sandy beach. It’s also possible to rent boats and bicycles to explore the stunning surroundings.

Cancellations
a) The tenant has the right to cancel a booking. The cancellation must be done in writing and the day on which SWEEDS receives the writing will apply. The tenant can cancel a booking according to the following cancellation fees:
1. If cancelled between the day of booking and up to 14 weeks before arrival date, 25% of the total amount of the booking is to be paid (with a minimum fee of SEK 500);
2. If cancelled within 14 to 10 weeks before arrival date, 50% of the total amount of the booking is to be paid (with a minimum fee of SEK 500);
3. If cancelled within 10 to 6 weeks prior to arrival, 75% of the total amount of the booking is to be paid (with a minimum fee of SEK 500);
4. If cancelled within 6 weeks before the arrival date, 100% of the total amount of the booking is to be paid;
b) If SWEEDS hasn’t received a cancellation in writing, the tenant is to pay the complete amount of the booking even if the holiday home is not used by the tenant.
c) If the tenant finds another tenant to reside in the holiday home for the same period and for the same price, SWEEDS will accept to change the booking to the new tenants name.
d) If you book a holiday home from SWEEDS, cancellation insurance is not included. We advise you to purchase cancellation insurance.
