Cancellation policy

Direct rental with rental agreement: We will send you a rental agreement when you book. Please send us the signed rental agreement and transfer a deposit of 30% to the account specified in the rental agreement. Cancellation conditions: up to 30 days before arrival free of charge, up to 14 days before arrival 50% of the accommodation costs, from 13 days before arrival the entire accommodation price (excluding cleaning) is due Payments are accepted by bank transfer. Arrival from 3 p.m., departure by 10 a.m.
