Our new holiday apartment (opened in April 2013) is suitable for 2 people and 1 child. The living room and bathroom are on the ground floor. The living room has access to and views of the garden.
The decor is stylish and comfortable. There is 1 sofa, armchair, a coffee table, a dining room table, 4 chairs, a kitchen, Smart LED TV, radio, Blu-Ray / DVD player, a double bed, and a bathroom and separate toilet.
In the hallway, there is a washing machine, a dryer, and an umbrella. Bed linen, bath towels, and kitchen towels are provided.
Outside, there is a sunny terrace with a beautiful view. Smoking in the apartment and pets are not allowed.
The studio apartment is located in the village of Schoorl and is on the edge of the forest. From there, you have a breathtaking view over the meadows and the garden.
In the Schoorl dunes, there are many cycling and hiking trails.

Bergen is an old artists' village. The famous group of Dutch artists "Bergense School" originated here. Nowadays, many artists still live/work in Bergen. Cultural events are organized, such as the "Kunst Tien Daagse" (October), "Holland Music Sessions," and "Jazz & Sail" (September). In the summer, a weekly art market takes place.

The charming village of Bergen/Schoorl is a very popular tourist destination. It is situated in an excellent location and boasts the widest dunes in all of Europe.
Beach lovers can enjoy nature, the beach, the dunes, the polder, and above all, the tranquility. The 5 km distant beach is easily accessible by bicycle. The nearby village of Bergen is famous for its trendy surroundings with many bars, cafes, restaurants, and terraces.
The gastronomic offerings are broad and varied. From pancakes to Michelin-starred restaurants, there is something for everyone. The center of Schoorl is great for children, as there is a climbing garden right in the middle of the village.
Moreover, the area is ideal for hiking, cycling, and horseback riding. The nearby sea invites you to swim.

35% of the total amount within 2 months before the start of the rental period.
50% of the total amount within 1 month before the start of the rental period.
75% of the total amount within 2 weeks before the start of the rental period.
100% of the total amount within 1 week before the start of the rental period.
Children under the age of 4 don't pay visitor's tax.
Prices are for two adults. The price for an extra bed for one child is 25€.
