Altusried has a heated public swimming pool, that is frequented by locals and visitors happy. You can away from the front door on well-marked trails on hikes or bike to explore the area. In winter you can go directly from home to away the ski-cross-country trail.
Within an hour you can reach all the highlights of the Allgäu from Altusried. Whether to Neuschwanstein Castle, to Oberstdorf or to Lake Constance, everything is easily accessible. Also invite some theme parks (Ravensburger Playland, Legoland, Allgäu Skyline Park) for a visit.

Wunderschöne Ferienwohnung mit allem was das Herz benötigt. Supernette Gastgeber( kinderfreundlic) . sehr netter Willkommensgruß (Blumen und Honig). Vorbehaltlos zu Empfehlen.

Unser erster Urlaub im Allgäu war ein voller Erfolg, vor allem auch Dank der wirklich schönen und sehr gut ausgestatteten Ferienwohnung von Familie Ebert. Bereits die Begrüßung war sehr herzlich. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, die Betten bereits bezogen und sogar ein Blumenstrauß sowie ein Glas selbst gemachter Honig begrüßten uns. Altusried ist von der Lage her ideal für Ausflüge in alle Himmelsrichtungen. In maximal 1 Stunde ist man mit dem Auto überall hin gefahren. Familie Ebert hat uns wertvolle Tipps für Ausflüge gegeben und war stets bei Fragen ansprechbar und hilfsbereit. Die Ferienwohnung lässt keine Wünsche offen, sogar Spiele sind vorhanden. Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit im Allgäu und kommen gern wieder.
