Villa Cingoli has an incredible view of Cingoli with its sweet hills that change colour every week. Nature surrounds the villa in absolute privacy with its almost 8 hectares of land where the olive grove is the master with 1200 plants planted by ‘Mignola’ and 1000 with a satellite position generated by the Fibonacci formula.
The holiday villa consists of two parts, the main farmhouse and the pool house. The farmhouse has been completely remodelled, maintaining the old standard of a typical Marche farmhouse. Villa Cingoli is a fabulous, fully restored farmhouse located on the top of a hill in Cingoli, in the heart of the historic region of ‘Le Marche’. Cingoli is one of the oldest villages in Italy. A few kilometres from this ancient medieval village, known as the ‘Balcony of the Marche’, the old farmhouse has been converted into this luxurious villa. The villa is surrounded by beautiful countryside and vineyards.
The villa consists of 2 floors. Both on the upper floor, where the bedrooms are located, and on the ground floor, where the living area is located, guests have a spectacular view that they can enjoy day and night. The sound of silence will accompany your reading of a book rather than your favourite song or simply your relaxation. A hydromassage with heated water in front of a unique landscape, during the day or in the evening in complete tranquillity and intimacy. Walking barefoot during the day in complete relaxation on the green lawn in front of the house, an infinity pool 10×15 m with a small beach in front of a breathtaking landscape.
Relaxing is easy in the large garden with the 15 metre infinity pool, in the new heated hydromassage pool 4x2 m for 8 people and the lounge areas on the terrace next to the kitchen. The farmhouse villa is a lovely place for a relaxing holiday and an ideal base for exploring the beautiful Marche region!
The farmhouse has been completely remodelled, maintaining the old standard of a typical Marche farmhouse. The villa has brought the luxury back in style for all our guests to enjoy. It consists of 2 floors. On the ground floor kitchen realised for the farmhouse in stainless steel Italian design by ‘Ideal Cucine’ equipped with professional appliances, an Ariston Combo fridge freezer 2m high, two barbecue hot point Ariston, a dishwasher and an Ariston cooking base. In the dining area you will find an antique table 3.5 metres long, which comes from the north-west of Italy and can seat 14 people. In front of the kitchen there is a designer piece from the company ‘Elite To Be’ where you can cook or have breakfast while enjoying a marvellous view of the surrounding hills. In the living room of the house there is some designer furniture from ‘Caccaro’, an Italian manufacturer of luxury furniture. In the centre of the stone wall, restored from the old house, there is a floating fireplace by Focus, a designer piece from the 1960s designed by Dominique Imbert and exhibited in the Guggenheim Museum in New York City. Also on the ground floor, our guests can spend an evening playing billiards with all guests and visitors at an original table built in 1958 by the Italian company Hermelin in Milan. The billiard table has been brought back to life after months of restoration. A bathroom with washing machine completes the ground floor. A staircase made of glass and ‘pietra serena’, a local stone, leads our guests to the first floor, which has a wooden floor made of old, restored oak beams. All four luxurious double rooms have their own bathroom with shower. The bedrooms become an unforgettable experience when you sleep in a 100 year old bed. A beautiful cottage completes the property.

Ground floor
On the ground floor you will find a 50 square metre kitchen, which was realised for the farmhouse in stainless steel, well equipped with professional appliances, an American fridge and freezer of 2 m height, two grills and a dishwasher. In the dining area there is an antique table 3.5 metres long from the north-west of Italy, which can seat 14 people. In front of the kitchen, a piece of design, a table that can be used for cooking, cookery classes or breakfast while enjoying the beautiful view of the surrounding hills. In the centre of the stone wall, recovered from the old house, there is an open fireplace where you can spend relaxing moments with friends, especially in winter. There is also an elegant living room, a pool table and a guest bathroom.
First floor
The sleeping area consists of 4 symmetrical double bedrooms that focus on the white of the interior, with some touches of colour associated with the resin showers in different shades of colour in each of the bathrooms.
Ground floor - Depandance (pool house)
The pool house is ideal for guests who appreciate the privacy of their own room. Here you will find a small living room with a seating area, a dining table and a kitchen. Continue to the bedroom and bathroom with shower.

Caribbean-coloured sea, even though we are on the Adriatic. White beaches and fine sand, soft seabed and bays nestled between white cliffs and greenery. The Marche coast is one of the most beautiful and varied in Italy.

The landscape offers fantastic panoramas and is ideal for hiking, horse riding and cycling. Beautiful tours can also be undertaken by motorbike or scooter.
The still largely unknown Marche region in central Italy is bursting with authenticity.
