Villa Crystallina is a beautiful and modern secluded holiday home with 32m2 pool near Umag, on its own fully fenced 2000 sqm plot with olive grove and swimming pool, it offers guests full privacy.
The sea and the beach are only 2 km from the house, as well as the first supermarket and the nearest restaurant. The town of Umag with various entertainment and sports facilities is 7 km away, 700 meters from the house is the famous Coronica wine cellar.
From the outside, the house offers a covered terrace with wood fireplace, large dining table, terrace with sitting area, Finnish sauna, outdoor jacuzzi, a separate toilet and several parking spaces.
Holiday home for 6 guests of 86 sqm on two air-conditioned floors. The ground floor has a beautiful living area with sofa, dining table and equipped kitchen, two double bedrooms and a shower/toilet. On the first floor there is an air-conditioned bedroom with double bed and a shower/toilet.
