A high-quality fully automatic coffee machine (Melitta Caffeo Solo) is available to provide the perfect start to the day, while the multifunctional microwave can be used not only for heating but also, thanks to the integrated grill, for baking.
The refrigerator with ice compartment offers enough space for fresh food and thanks to the dishwasher you save on washing up.
The spacious cupboards contain a selection of pots, pans, dishes and glasses.
For your perfect breakfast, you will of course also have a kettle, a toaster and a classic filter coffee machine at your disposal.
The compact ceramic hob with two plates may seem small at first glance, but thanks to the versatile multifunctional microwave, you won't miss a conventional oven.

In addition to your apartment, you have the option of using the bicycle room in the underground car park to safely store your bicycles. There is also a laundry room in the basement of the house, which is equipped with a washing machine and a dryer (for a fee).
You can park your car free of charge on the parking deck (space number 21).
The driveway is a bit narrow, but can be mastered with a careful and slow driving style. Please note that although the narrow access is challenging for larger vehicles such as SUVs, it is not completely impossible to navigate.
Traveling by train is also possible. Bansin Train Station is about 1.3 km from Villa Frisia, which is approximately a 15-minute walk.

In the immediate vicinity there are also restaurants, small shops, a post office, a pharmacy and doctors.
The Bansin pier can be reached after a short walk along the promenade. The tourist information center is also located there.
The “Seepark” shopping center is easily accessible on foot and offers everything you need for your daily needs.
The adjacent beech forest offers a wonderful opportunity to take long walks, which are ideal for relaxing trips with your dog. The dense beech treetops not only provide shade, but also create a quiet and peaceful atmosphere that invites you to linger.
Since Villa Frisia is located on the traffic-calmed Seestrasse, the front of the house is not directly accessible by car.

1. Cancellation by the guest
1.1. If the guest explicitly cancels the rental agreement no later than 29 days before the start of the rental agreement, the cancellation is free of charge and payments already made will be fully refunded within seven days.
1.2. In the event of an express cancellation by the guest made 28 days or less before the start of the rental agreement, the cancellation costs are 100% of the rental price. Additional services booked will be fully refunded within seven days. Taking out travel cancellation insurance is recommended.
2. Cancellation by the owner
The owner is entitled to terminate the rental agreement for good cause. An important reason exists in particular if the guest violates the applicable rental conditions, does not make the agreed payments on time or seriously damages the holiday apartment, whether intentionally or negligently. In these cases, the guest is obliged to vacate the holiday apartment immediately. In these cases, rents that have already been paid will not be reimbursed.
2.1 If the holiday apartment is demonstrably destroyed by fire, water, storm or similar natural event or damaged to such an extent that it is no longer habitable, the owner is entitled to withdraw from the rental agreement and terminate it without notice.

The amount of the tourist tax varies depending on the season and is mandatory.
