Cozy 2-room holiday apartment with balcony on the 2nd floor in Orth on Fehmarn. There is plenty of space for up to 4 people on around 52 m² of living space.
The apartment has a spacious living room with sofa, dining area and modern LCD TV with cable TV. From the living room and the balcony you have a direct view of the harbor and live in the immediate vicinity of the well-known bathing and water sports area Orther Reede (standing area), which is equally popular with wind and kite surfers. In the kitchenette you will find everything you need to prepare delicious meals, a dishwasher takes care of the washing up. The bedroom is equipped with a double bed (2x 90x200 cm) and a chest of drawers. As an additional sleeping option, the sofa in the living room can be converted into a bed with simple steps. The modern bathroom has a large vanity with base cabinet, toilet and shower. In the hallway there is a cloakroom and a large wardrobe.
For the little guests there is a travel cot and a high chair on site.
