The 3-room holiday apartment Kajüte 1 is located on the ground floor of a two-family house between Burg and the Burgstaaken harbor. The approx. 60 m² living space offers enough space for up to 5 people.
The apartment is divided into a bedroom with a large double bed and a room with two single beds, which can also be quickly pushed together. Both rooms have seating and plenty of storage space in spacious wardrobes. The living/dining room invites you to linger with its comfortable sofa bed. In the adjoining kitchen you will find all the little helpers you need. The bright, daylight bathroom also impresses with a modern shower, among other things. In the cozy winter garden you can end the evening together with wonderful sunsets. The spacious garden is shared with the holiday guests from the upper floor: there is enough seating for everyone. The rustic fireplace grill is waiting to be used on the terrace.
The apartment is located on a street decorated with cobblestones. The house is very centrally located and within walking distance you can quickly reach the inland lake, the sea and the city center with many shops. In a few minutes walk you are in the Burgstaaken fishing port with great little fish restaurants, cafes and various leisure activities. In the opposite direction you go to the city center of Burg, where you can be enchanted by the many small alleys and old-fashioned houses. Of course, Burg is not lacking in restaurants, cafes and many small and large shops to browse and shop in.
As a special feature, the holiday apartment is equipped with memon: The memon technology used here protects you from the negative effects of: electrosmog and fine dust in the air you breathe.
An outdoor parking space is reserved for you. The lockable garden house has deck chairs for relaxing hours in the sun. There is also enough space for bicycles you have brought with you.
