The detached 4-room holiday home D4 is part of a historic farm workers' settlement and is located in the Dörpstraat in the tranquil Staberdorf. There is plenty of space for up to 6 people on a living area of approx. 99 m².
You enter the house on the ground floor and come into a spacious hallway area, which has enough storage space under the historic wooden staircase for a stroller, suitcases or shopping. From here you enter the large kitchen-diner with adjoining living room. In addition to 4 ceramic hobs, an oven, dishwasher and a fridge with freezer compartment, the kitchen has other kitchen appliances such as a hand blender, coffee machine and kettle. In the dining area there is a large table with a bench and chairs, so that six people can sit comfortably. The living room has a very comfortable couch and an armchair. A smart TV with a Magenta TV connection is available. You can also use your own accounts from Amazon Prime, Netflix etc. A large patio door leads from the living room to the wind-protected terrace. A large wooden table and 6 chairs ensure a comfortable stay and space for cozy barbecue evenings. There are also two bedrooms on the ground floor (double bed 180cm wide and 2 single beds) and a large bathroom with an open rain shower and double vanity.
If you go up the stairs you will reach the upper floor and are directly in the open work area with LAN connection (100 Mbit line). Here you can work comfortably on the move, should this be necessary. In addition to this sun-drenched area, there is another bedroom with a double bed (180 cm wide) and a shower room.
There is a private washing machine in the bathroom on the ground floor. A high chair (Tripp-Trapp) and a baby chair (Ikea) are part of the basic equipment. The garden is fenced so that you can let your children play on the lawn without worry.
Two parking spaces are reserved for you (carport to the right of the house and in the driveway on the left). The hard shoulder opposite with enough space is also available for visitors.
