Close to the beach in the idyllic Staberdorf in the Ferienresidenz residential complex: charming, approx. 63 m² 3-room holiday apartment for up to 4 adults and 1 child on the raised ground floor directly on the water with two balconies and direct sea views.
Only around 100 meters from the beach ... The living room has comfortable seating. The open kitchen is integrated into the living room. There is a stove with a ceramic hob, an oven and a dishwasher. The highlight of this apartment is the sea view and the two balconies. The larger balcony faces east, where you have the sun from breakfast to lunch. From early afternoon to evening you can enjoy the sun on the smaller west-facing balcony. For the night you have a bedroom with a double bed and another bedroom with a loft bed. A 5th place to sleep for a child is the pull-out slatted frame with mattress under the loft bed. The brightly tiled shower room scores with a towel warmer.
A parking space in front of the house is reserved for you. A washing machine (for a fee) is available on site. Wi-Fi is included.
