Cozy 2-room holiday apartment with approx. 44 m² living space for up to 4 people on the ground floor of the Fördeblick complex, House B.
There is a comfortable sofa bed in the living area. The sofa bed has comfortable dimensions of 160 cm x 200 cm - 2 people can dream comfortably here. With just one move you can transform the couch into a comfortable bed, even with a slatted frame. The bedroom is equipped with an upholstered bed with 7-zone pocket spring core as a double bed (160x200 cm). The mattresses have different degrees of hardness, depending on how they are turned. All windows have black-out blinds. The living room faces the sea. The bathroom with shower/toilet has a glass-clad shower cubicle and a rain shower. From the terrace with the lawn in front of it you can look over the roofs of Laboe to the Kiel Fjord. Enjoy the absolute peace and quiet of this apartment with a view over Laboe to the Kiel Fjord. You can work or surf the Internet if you need to via a powerful WiFi connection. The two televisions (Smart TV) have an Internet connection and access to NETFLIX and other media libraries. Let your electronic employee "Alexa" announce the weather report for Laboe, report on the latest political news or play your favorite radio station. The modern garden furniture ensures that you will also feel very comfortable on the covered terrace. Enjoy the peace and quiet with the birdsong and the beautiful view over Laboe to the Kiel Fjord.
The apartment is on the ground floor and is handicapped accessible. You can overcome a small step via a small ramp. There is then a step of approx. 7 cm at the entrance door.
The town center, the marina and the fine sandy Baltic Sea beach can be reached on foot in just a few minutes. There is a small Greek restaurant in House A.
From May onwards, a beach chair is available to you on the beach free of charge.
You can park your car on the Fördeblick complex - you do not have an assigned parking space. For €1 per day/per bike you can safely store up to 2 bikes in a bike garage. Guests of this apartment have the option of booking the wallbox in front of our service office (8 minutes' walk away) to charge their electric vehicle. The price is €35/charge including VAT.
