The bright, modern 3-room holiday apartment offers a relaxing holiday on 65 m² for up to 3 people on the Schöneberg Baltic Sea beach, just 100 m away.
On the 2nd floor there is the living room with south-facing balcony, kitchenette with dining area, a shower room and a bedroom with a double bed. In the open gallery in the attic there is another bedroom, which is equipped with a double bed (160x200 cm). The modern kitchen is equipped with all amenities and leaves nothing to be desired. WiFi is also included here.
A permanently assigned parking space is available directly in front of the house. A washing machine and dryer are available in the basement.
