The 72 m² 2-room holiday apartment for up to 4 people is located on the ground floor of the only Portland building directly opposite the harbor and only 200 m from the beach.
The apartment welcomes you with a practical hallway. The fresh Nordic-style living room is equipped with an open kitchen. The furniture in the living area is also harmoniously coordinated. The table not only invites you to eat together, but is also perfect for long evenings in good company. The sofa offers a pleasant place to relax after long walks on the beach. A 42" flat screen with pay TV ensures cozy evenings in front of the TV. In addition to the cable TV, the DVD Blu-Ray player/XBOX one provide variety. At night, the sofa becomes a place to sleep (140x200 cm) for either two children or one adult.
The kitchenette is modern and should leave no culinary wishes unfulfilled. Ceramic hob, freezer compartment and dishwasher are there to help you if you don't want to go out to eat. A high-quality oven is also available. With the Nespresso machine, you can prepare a delicious espresso after dinner, for example. From the living room you can access the beautifully furnished terrace. Nordic ambience here too, thanks to the wooden floor. The beautiful view of the harbor and Kiel Fjord lets you forget everyday life. The bedroom has a box spring bed and another closet for your wardrobe. Another 32" flat screen TV has also been thought of here - this one is also equipped with an online video library, so that you can happily spend the day in bed when the weather is bad. The shower room is bright and modern. The rain shower helps you wake up and makes getting up a pleasure.
In the season from around mid-May to mid-September there is a beach chair on the beach for you. Depending on the weather, your beach chair could be available earlier or later.
A parking space in the underground garage is reserved for you. There is a lockable basement room for bicycles you bring with you.
