This inviting 2-room holiday apartment for up to 4 people is located on the ground floor on the sea side in the Flying Dutchman house at the Marina Wendtorf and can be reached without steps.
The apartment impresses with its straight-lined, modern furnishings and is ideal for family holidays: In the living/sleeping area there is a comfortable sofa corner and a new wall bed (lying area 160x200), while the children make themselves comfortable in their own room in the bunk beds (each 90x200). The focal point is the cozy dining area with a large table in front of the open kitchen. This is equipped with plenty of dishes, a ceramic hob, oven, microwave, refrigerator/freezer, coffee machine, kettle and toaster.
There is also enough storage space in the modern shower room with an extra-large shower cubicle (70x120cm). The built-in closet in the hallway offers plenty of space for your personal belongings. The pretty decorative figures, a safe for valuables, various books and games round off the lovingly furnished equipment. In terms of technology, hardly any wish is left unfulfilled: radio, alarm clock, etc. run via "Alexa" and "Echo" and the two smart TVs in the living room and bedroom have the TV apps Waipu.tv, Netflix and Amazon Prime, which are already configured for you to use. You can end eventful days in the glazed loggia.
A bakery with a café and bicycle rental is only about 100m from your apartment, and the nearest supermarket (Edeka) with a café, skate park and children's adventure land is about 1200m away. There is a water sports school on the beach with rental of SUP and surfing equipment, for example. The golf course, fitness club and kiddy fun center are a few minutes away by car. The sea is just a stone's throw from the apartment, as is the marina, which is located directly in front of the Marina Wendtorf complex.
In the marina, it is possible to charter a motorboat if you have a sports boat license. For nudists, there is an approved beach area not far away. Young and old alike can have fun in the new indoor play paradise. Adventurers are drawn to the blacklight indoor adventure golf. If you prefer to get a taste of city life, you can be in the state capital Kiel in no time. Places like Stein are also within easy walking distance, and Laboe can be reached by bike. In summer, you can have small snacks right at the marina and get fresh fish straight from the cutter. Let the fresh wind blow around your nose and enjoy a holiday on the Baltic Sea with a wonderful view.
