Children and dogs will love to frolic around in the 4000m² large garden with fruit and nut trees as well as currant and raspberry bushes.
The large, south-west facing terrace with wooden garden furniture and barbecue offers sunshine and relaxation.

There are 4 bikes for youth or adults and three children's bikes and a wooden scooter available. The garden is equipped with a sandbox, a self-constructed swing hanging from the pear tree and a Cacoon hanging chair in the walnut tree.
The small, tranquil village Alt-Teterin is located 7 km south-west of Anklam and roughly 25 km from the Baltic island of Usedom.
The seaside resorts Ueckermünde and Mönkebude at the Stettin Haff can be reached in about 30 min., the chic Baltic resorts Ahlbeck and Heringsdorf are roughly a 40 min. drive away.
If you want to go canoeing, you only have to drive a few kilometres to reach the protected "Peenestrom" strait; other options include cycling tours in the nearby or greater vicinity, where you will discover numerous castles, manor houses and various other historical buildings.
The village Pelsin is about 6 km away and has an idyllic bathing lake for a refreshing swim if one doesn't feel like driving all the way to the Baltic Sea.

Sie erreichen Alt-Teterin von Hamburg aus auf der A20 bis Abfahrt Jarmen und fahren von dort auf der B110 Richtung Anklam. In Anklam halten Sie sich Richtung Butzow und Lüskow, der nächste Ort ist Alt-Teterin.
Von Berlin aus kommend verlassen Sie den Berliner Ring A10 am Dreieck Schwanebeck auf die A11 Richtung Stettin/Prenzlau. Am Kreuz Uckermark geht es auf der A20 Richtung Hamburg/Lübeck. Wir empfehlen die Ausfahrt Friedland zu nehmen, in Friedland fahren Sie auf die B197 und verlassen diese am Hinweisschild Lüskow. Der nächste Ort ist Alt-Teterin.
