Cancellation policy
Dear guests,
If you cannot make your holiday for serious reasons or have to leave early, no one can replace your holiday fun, but the financial damage can be. - So we ask you to inform us as quickly as possible in writing by e-mail. Then we will try to re-rent the apartment at the same rate. If we can't we will retain 80% of the total booking price. If the apartment can be re-rented for that period, you will receive your payment back.
If you must depart early or arrive later, there is no refund.
So we recommend:
take out TRAVEL CANCELLATION INSURANCE for your well deserved holiday. -
(This kicks in for cancellation or shortening of your stay. Such as if there is illness, accident or unemployment - even within the family, and you will be refunded possible financial losses).

Our house is located in a quiet villa quarter less than 1 km from the beach, dunes, North Sea and shops.

Also our beautiful old town of Bruges (20 km), shopping in town and Ostend and port (5 km) and for the children there is Plopsaland (Adinkerke 45 km), Boudewijnpark (Bruges), De Sierk, golf (De Haan) and nearby playgrounds, mini golf, swimming pool, relaxation in Grasduinen park...
Getting there
E40 - A 10 Brussels - Ghent - Ostend motorwat to the end.
Follow R31 towards Blankenberge.
At the "Bredene" light take a right, cross the crossing, take a right at the 5th street, 1st left and left at the end of the street.

Das zweite Mal haben wir eine wunderschöne Woche bei den liebenswerten Gastgebern Patricia und Jos verbracht. Die Ferienwohnung ist liebevoll und großzügig mit allem ausgestattet und man fühlt sich rundum wohl. Mit dem Fahrrad haben wir mehrere schöne Touren unternommen und zu Fuß den Dünenwanderweg erkundet. Danach wurden wir mit Patricias selbst gebackenen leckeren Kuchen verwöhnt. Es war wieder eine Woche rundum zum Wohlfühlen, an die man gerne zurückdenkt.
