The beautiful exteriors are designed to make the most of the coastal environment, with a large private chlorine pool measuring 10 x 5.5 metres and with a depth of between 1.40 and 1.80 metres, it is ideal for a swim with all your companions. The whole house is surrounded by a beautiful green garden, a perfect combination for sunbathing on the sun loungers offered by the house or relaxing on the Balinese bed next to the pool. Under the porch you will find a fully furnished area to enjoy outdoor meals prepared on the barbecue.
Moving into the spacious and bright interior of the house, spread over two floors, you will find a living room with a large sofa, perfect for an evening of movies on TV. The living room is open to a dining area where there is a table for 12 people to eat the delicious dishes prepared in the fully equipped induction cooker. The house has 5 bedrooms, all equipped with wardrobe and fan, one of them on the upper floor with double bed, en suite bathroom and exit to a furnished terrace. The rest of the bedrooms have direct access to the garden, 3 of them with double beds and one with two single beds. They have a total of 4 bathrooms, two of them en suite and one of them is in the garage area. You can make use of the washing machine and ironing facilities during your stay. Finally, if you are travelling with a baby, you will be offered a cot and high chair.

This modern house is perfect for those looking for a luxury experience in a natural and serene environment, where every detail is designed to offer comfort and a unique contact with the sea.
