Cancellation policy
Our conditions for cancellation If you cancel 8 weeks before the holiday starts, you will receive the deposit back minus a 17 euro processing fee. If you cancel within 8 weeks to one week before the start of your holiday, we will keep 70% of the booked amount. If you cancel within one week before the holiday starts or if you arrive later or leave early, we charge the entire rental fee.

There is a tennis court right below our house, as well as a football pitch and volleybal court.
Holiday destination
Our modern holiday home is in a quiet and central location in Ladis. By being self-catering, the guests are together and can enjoy the wonderful mountain world and the sunny terrace. As a little "Zuckerl" treat, we offer our guests the option of using the wellness offerings as well as the swimming pool (free) and the day care (for a fee) at the Kinderhotel Laderhof (50 m away).
Getting there
Easy access via the A12 motorway. Exit in the direction of the Reschen Pass through the Landecker Tunnel to Ried. In Ried, take the left exit in the direction of Ladis Fiss Serfaus
