- other (later than 14 days prior to the start of the rental period) 100% of the rental price.
At the same time, the lessor will try to find a substitute lessee.

Holiday destination
The "Gelbe Haus" is located in the old village "Weitendorf" on the island of Poel. Anyone who likes talking to people will learn a lot about fishing or agriculture.
Choose your favourite beach! The beaches can easily be reached by bike via the cycling trails or the quiet streets and paths or by car. All the bathing beaches or even the natural beaches are 2 to max. 4 km away from the property.
At the riding stables in "Timmendorf" or "Neuhof" horse lovers will find everything they need. We will be more than glad to put you in touch. We can also arrange for rental bikes upon request.
The island centre and the shops are less than 2 km away. The World Heritage city of Wismar can be reached by ferry or by car, and is definitely worth a visit during your stay.
Getting there
Take the Autobahn A20 to the juntion Wismar, take the exit towards 'Insel Poel' and follow the signposts all the way to the island.
Once on the island continue on the left of the main street at the entrance of Kirchdorf, and drive through Kirchdorf towards Timmendorf. After one kilometre turn left towards Weitendorf. Ours is the first house on the left.

Wir waren zwar nur ein paar Tage da, aber schon als wir die Wohnung betraten waren wir begeistert.
Super Aussicht, ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht. Sehr schöne und helle Fewo. Rundherum alles gepflegt. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Die Unterkunft bietet sich bei schlechtem Wetter einen schönen Aufenthalt und Urlaub. Es gibt genug in der Umgebung anzusehen und zu erleben. Bücher und spiele in der Unterkunft runden das noch einmal ab. Also auch der kalte Herbst ist eine Reise wert.
Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet und verfügt nicht nur über einen Backofen und Induktionsherd, sondern auch über einen Pürierstab und Handmixer. Auch Backschüsseln waren da!! Da kann wirklich schön gekocht und gebacken werden.
