The house "Fischerwinkel" is a spacious and cozy accommodation situated in a quiet and sunny location at the foot of the Dobratsch, divided into two halves. The apartments "Fischerwinkel 1" and "Fischerwinkel 2" offer a welcoming atmosphere and with 100 m² each, they can accommodate 2 to 8 people. From the large terrace or balcony, guests can enjoy a breathtaking view of the Julian and Carnic Alps.
Central heating is provided by a private biomass heating system. The best drinking water comes from its own source.
Free parking is available at the holiday property.
Around our holiday home, there is a children's playground, a tennis court (asphalt), and a campfire site. The wood for the campfire can be collected during walks in the forest or is available at the fire pit.

The Villach-Faaker See-Ossiacher See region and the Dobratsch Nature Park offer a wide range of exciting activities and excursions for all age groups. The location is an ideal starting point for culinary and cultural exploratory tours in the tri-border area of Carinthia, Italy, and Slovenia and invites you to numerous hikes and bike tours.
A2 - Exit Hermagor towards Nötsch. Turn right towards Nötsch after about 5 minutes past the bridge. Follow the municipal road, crossing a railway intersection, until you see the Grillcafe "Andritsch" on the left side. Then turn right over the bridge and immediately turn left again (before the Raiffeisenbank). Continue straight ahead until you reach a fork in the road going up the hill on the right (signposted Schloss Wasserleonburg). At the end of the forest, turn right for the holiday apartments (see signpost Ferienwohnungen Wasserleonburg) and then take the next driveway on the left.
The free parking spaces are located in front of or next to the holiday homes.

From 1 month to 1 week before arrival, 40% of the total price will be charged.
If you cancel within 1 week before arrival or in case of no-show, we will charge 70% of the travel price.
