Located on the 3rd floor without elevator, fitted out in duplex, it can accommodate 4 people. It is composed of in the following way:
- A fully equipped kitchen (fridge, oven, induction hob, coffee machine, work surface, plenty of storage space, kitchen utensils, etc.);

The accommodation is located à proximity from the center of Rouen, close to all of the city's main tourist attractions (the big clock is located less than 300m on foot).
Your journeys will be made easier. due to its proximity to with rail and road routes. You will be at only 3 minutes from the station by car (10 minutes on foot), this accommodation is ideally located in the heart of the city. for all your trips in the region (Deauville, Honfleur, Etretat...).
You are also close to all shops and cultural centers.

Arrival: Reception will take place physically between 4 p.m. and 8 p.m. Don't hesitate to Tell us your arrival time as early as possible in order to best organize your handover of the keys.

We do our utmost to provide you with a quality welcome. We thank you for being as precise as possible about your arrival times and for notifying your host in the event of a delay. Any arrival after 8:30 p.m. will be charged 20 euros, at extra cost. Pay through the rental platform, in cash upon arrival, or debit the payment. of your deposit.
In the event of arrival after 10:30 p.m., it will no longer be possible to accommodate you, your night will not be refunded if applicable. Please note that we will always do our best to find a solution, let us know as quickly as possible in the event of something unforeseen.
