Holiday destination
This is strictly a residential area. In the Stadumstraße you'll only find one-family homes and semi-detached houses.
Driving into the city centre and to the beach only takes 4 minutes. Riding by bike takes 10-15 minutes. All the attractions on the island can be easily reached by car.
Getting there
Travelling by car, you can take the Sylt Shuttle (Autozug) from Niebüll to Westerland, or the ferry from Rømø (Denmark) to List (Sylt). Nowadays, many of the major airports serve Westerland. You can also take the train to Westerland. The taxi ride from the train station only takes 7 minutes.
