The villa is located in the commune of Moule, on the eastern part of Guadeloupe called Grande-Terre. À 45 minutes by car from Pointe-à-Pitre airport, it will take you less than 5 minutes to reach the town of Moule and a little less than 15 minutes to reach the Saint-François marina, the neighboring town and find all the amenities there: Commercial space, Supermarket, Bakery, Pharmacy, Market fish & spices and even a cinema.

You will not miss the unmissable Marina de Saint-François, where you can enjoy restaurants nearby. the varied menu, and shopping in its many boutiques. The Saint-François International Golf Course, the Casino, and the Aerodrome are all located within walking distance. only 15 minutes from your exceptional villa in Guadeloupe.

The most beautiful beaches of Guadeloupe (Autre Bord beach, Anse à L'eau, Anse à la Gourde,) are located near the beach. just 5 minutes from your stunning holiday villa. For water sports enthusiasts, the Moule surf spots are the most renowned in Guadeloupe; you can even go to the surf spots. foot, board under arm, at the Anse Salabouelle spot. For wing foiling, funboarding or kiting, the renowned spot is of the trade winds is at 5 minutes by car.
