Flat no. 3 is located in the southern part of the village in the immediate vicinity of the dunes of the south beach and the directly adjoining south beach and the Greune Stee nature reserve.
The walk to the south beach, Borkum's most beautiful beach, takes only 8-9 minutes.
From there, a wonderful path leads along the sea to the main beach and the centre of Borkum.
There are also excellent shopping facilities (Markant, Lidl, bakery, hairdresser, kiosk, etc.).
Nach Borkum fahren täglich mehrmals tidenunabhängig Autofähren und Katamarane der AG Ems von Emden (Dauer 2 - 2 1/2 Std. bzw. 50 Min.) und Eemshaven/NL (ca. 50 - 60 Min., etwas preiswerter) nach Borkum und zurück.
Nach der Ankunft können Sie direkt und ohne Ausnahmegenehmigung zum Haus fahren (Kiebitzdelle-Leegde 4) und dort auch parken. Folgen Sie der Reedestrasse vom Hafen in den Ort hinein. Im Ort kommt nach längerer Geradeausfahrt kurz nach einer Linkskurve eine Kreuzung. Dort biegen Sie nach links in den Jakob-van-Dyken-Weg ein. Nach Überqueren der Bahngleise biegen Sie nach rechts in die "Kiebitzdelle-Leegde" ein und fahren fast bis zum Ende. Das zweitletzte Haus links mit der Nr. 4, Wohnung 3 ist Ihr Ferienziel.
