Casa Dea is located in Poljane, a village at the foot of Učka. The house is situated on a hill, which means only one thing: sea view. With a 1000 m² garden and a shared swimming pool, there will be more than enough space for socializing and enjoying, and pets are welcome. Casa Dea has 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom and can accommodate up to 3 people.
The interior of this vacation home is 85 m² and extends over 2 floors. On the 1st floor there is a living and dining area consisting of a living room, kitchen and dining room. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals, including a filter coffee maker, toaster, kettle and microwave. You can enjoy your prepared meals at the dining table, next to which there is a sofa for 3 people. The room is small, but spacious enough for a small family or couple to enjoy a pleasant get-together. It is enriched with rustic ceiling beams and is further enhanced by the sea view that extends through the window. The room is air conditioned.
On the same floor there is a double bedroom. The room is spacious, bright and equipped with large wardrobes for storing clothes. There is also a desk - for working from home. Or writing. The first beach in Ičići is only a 10 minute drive away, and nearby is the city of Opatija.
