Your holiday home is perfectly located on the slopes of Mont Ventoux, a dream for cycling and hiking enthusiasts. Explore Provence’s stunning landscapes on foot or by bike. From June to early September, Nearby, Sainte-Colombe (1 km) has a traditional bakery, while lively Bédoin (3 km) offers restaurants, bars, bike rentals, and a superb Provençal market every Monday!
By car leave the Highway at Avignon Nord, direction Carpentras - Mont Ventoux. Arriving in Bedoin take the way up to the top of the Mont Ventoux and turn left at "Les Baux". You will receive the code of the keybox by whatsapp the day of your arrival

House Rules
Our house is located in a peaceful hamlet. We kindly ask you to respect the neighborhood. The house is furnished with personal items and furniture; please take good care of them so future guests can enjoy them just as much as you. Pets are not allowed. For dinners on the terrace, please keep noise levels down after 10 p.m. Parties are strictly prohibited, both indoors and outdoors.
We provide bed linens and towels. The house will be perfectly prepared upon your arrival, with beds made, so you can enjoy your stay from the very first moment. Upon departure, we kindly ask you to remove the used bed linens and place them in the basket in the bathroom (except for mattress protectors and bedspreads). Thank you in advance for your cooperation.
Please take out the trash and empty bottles before your departure. The bins are located to the left as you exit the house. Lastly, please run the dishwasher before leaving.
For smokers: Smoking is permitted outdoors only.
Booking and Cancellation Policy
Article 1: Applicability of General Terms and Conditions
The following terms and conditions apply to any booking made directly via our website (www.vacancesdecharme.fr), by phone, email, or mail. Making a reservation implies full acceptance of these terms and conditions. For bookings made through online platforms (e.g., Airbnb, Booking.com, Expedia), please refer to the respective terms and conditions provided on those sites.
Article 2: Booking
Prices
Are per night and per property, excluding breakfast. By making a reservation, the client agrees irrevocably to these terms. Bookings cannot be canceled unless as specified in Article 3. Reservations must be secured with a deposit of 35% of the total stay. We accept Eurocard, Visa, and Mastercard and bank transfers. This deposit will be deducted from the final bill upon departure. The remaining balance will be automatically charged to your payment method 3 weeks prior to your arrival. Promotional offers are payable at the time of booking and are non-refundable or modifiable in the event of cancellation.
Properties are rented as entire homes. Check-in is from 4 p.m., and check-out is by 10 a.m. on the day of departure.
Article 3: Cancellation and Interruption of Stay
Cancellations are subject to the following conditions:
For cancellations up to 21 days before arrival, only the 30% deposit will be retained.
For cancellations made 21 to 0 days before arrival, 100% of the total amount will be charged.
Promotional stays and short stays (e.g., Ascension, Pentecost, Easter, and Christmas holidays) must be paid in full at the time of booking and are non-refundable under any circumstances. In case of interruption of the stay for reasons beyond SAS Vacances de Charme's control, no refunds will be issued. To cover such scenarios, we recommend purchasing travel insurance. Early departures will be charged for the entire booked stay as compensation.
Article 3.1: COVID-19
Specific Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your stay (excluding booking fees) for COVID-19-related reasons such as:
Government-imposed travel restrictions or lockdowns.
Quarantine or isolation measures in your home country.
Closure of the region where the property is located for health reasons.
These measures must apply during your stay. A deposit will not be refunded for a positive COVID-19 test result; in such cases, Article 3 applies.
Article 4: No-Show
If the client fails to arrive on the scheduled date, the full amount of the booking will be charged.
Article 5: Booking Modifications
Modifications are possible free of charge up to three weeks before the stay. However, availability is not guaranteed. If modifications are not feasible, the client must adhere to the original booking or cancel under the terms of Article 3.
Article 6: Rates
Rates are inclusive of VAT and subject to change without notice. A tourist tax (1,80€/pers/day) will be payable at the moment of booking. Cleaning fees are not included and are charged as follows: €150 for "Chez Marius." Bed linens and towels are provided.
