Wahlscheid is a district of Lohmar the Rhein-Sieg district, in North Rhine-Westphalia and is called due to its location in the lower Agger as the "gate to the region."
In the village itself you´ll find several good places to eat within walking distance, supermarkets and cafes (even with delicious breakfast) as well as all transactions in order to meet daily requirements. Upscale restaurants and golf courses are located within a radius of a few kilometers.
With the bus you can reach on foot you can go to Siegburg or Bonn or less than 5 km the railway station and from there to Cologne.
But you can also easily make beautiful walks through the Agger or a bike ride. Have fun.
Leicht zu erreichen über die Autobahnen A3 (Ausfahrt Lohmar-Nord oder Rösrath) oder A4 (Ausfahrt Overath).
Bei einer Anreise per Bahn heißt die nächstgelegene Bahnstation Honrath. Die Regionalbahn fährt von dort direkt nach Köln. Der Bahnhof ist ca. 4,5 KM entfernt und ist regelmäßig mit dem Bus erreichbar.
