The house is situated in a quiet, pleasant residential area, nevertheless, the pedestrian area, shops and restaurants are quick and easy to reach by foot.

The house is an excellent starting point for walks through the 'alm'- meadows, the Riessersee, Eibsee, Kreuzeck, to Grainau or Kramer.

Ein wirklich schöner Urlaub! Ich habe mit meinem Mann und meinen drei kleinen Kinder für 10 Tage hier gewohnt. Das Haus bietet die beste Lage...frische Bergluft, wandern, schwimmen im See. Das Haus ist Stilvoll eingerichtet, Abends haben wir zusammen gekocht und die gemütliche Ambiente des Hauses genossen. Rundum haben wir uns alle sehr gut erholt. Nur zu empfehlen!

We had a great stay. The house is in a great location within a walkable distance from all shops and grocery stores. All tourist attractions are a short drive from the house. Rooms are comfortable, internet connection was fast and kitchen is well-equipped. My kids enjoyed playing in the beautiful garden. Anneliese was very responsive to our questions and requests. We recommend the house and would stay there again.
