Casa Marta: independent on two floors, with a terrace overlooking the sea and a covered veranda.
The living room with a fireplace, a new and large double sofa bed, and another single bed can be completely enclosed via two sliding doors, creating a practical sleeping area.
Then there is the large kitchen, and upstairs, the bathroom with shower and the cozy bedroom with a double bed.
The relaxation oasis pool, open from June to September, is a real in-ground pool with a newly coated floor, surrounded by olive trees, measuring 11 x 5 m, with very comfortable Roman steps for access and a brand-new salt filtration system installed in 2022.
It is surrounded by a brand-new 160 m² lawn on two levels with parasols, tables, and sun loungers in a peaceful atmosphere of peace and quiet.
The family living in our other house near Casa Marta also has access to the pool area.
Each family has a private and equipped area, spaced out for everyone to relax.
We recently built a stone barbecue a few meters from the hot tub, which, like the natural outdoor shower, is freely accessible.

In Imperia, 12 km away, you can enjoy surfing and boat trips to watch whales in the Pelagos Marine Reserve, as well as day trips to fish and sample seafood directly from your boat. If you're interested, we'll provide you with all the contacts and help you book the activity.
Grocery stores, pizzerias, etc. are located in Dolcedo, 4 km away, while larger supermarkets are located in Imperia, 12 km away.
A stroll through the woods will take you to beautiful lakes with crystal-clear, green water, nestled in the greenery... a swim is a must!
The new cycle path from San Lorenzo (30 minutes by car) winds its way for 25 km to Ospedaletti: all directly by the sea, with bars, restaurants, and children's games. It's free, always open, and we rent bikes for singles and families.
A 20-minute drive takes you to Imperia, with its public and private sandy and pebble beaches and the fascinating historic centers of Porto Maurizio and Oneglia.
And again Sanremo, Diano Marina, Alassio ... all the way to Genoa and Nice ... in a maximum of 1 hour and 30 minutes by car you can drive along the entire western coast of Liguria and always return in the evening to your timeless oasis of peace in Lecchiore.
Leaving the motorway at Imperia Ovest, turn right at the roundabout (towards Piani/Dolcedo).
Follow the road to Dolcedo (about 15 minutes from the exit), where the road on the left climbs into the valley.
From Dolcedo, follow the road to Bellissimi/Lecchiore.
Continue straight ahead until the end of the road at the entrance to Lecchiore (about 15 minutes from Dolcedo).
At the entrance to the village, you will find the sign for "Lecchiore" on the right.
Continue and follow the road to "Santuario Acquasanta"/"Olio Asplanato"/"Laghetti di Lecchiore" (on the left).
After a few bends, you will find a small private road on the left (on the right, you will see a sign leading to the lakes, but you must take the road that climbs to the left).
You have arrived at Casa Marta, right in front of you at the end of the street!
